1. Take the Garden State Parkway Southbound to US Route 1 South (Exit 130)
   
   
2. Follow US Route 1 South for approximately 17-18 miles
   
   
3. Take the jug handle (on your right) at the traffic light (Ridge Road) and turn left onto US Route 1 North
   
   
4. After about 1 mile, turn right into our office park -- look for the New Jersey Bariatrics sign
   
   

From Southern NJ

1. Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) Northbound to Exit 7
   
   
2. Follow signs to Route 206 Northbound
   
   
3. Follow Route 206 North to I-195 West
   
   
4. Follow I-195 West to I-295 North (Exit 60B)
   
   
5. Follow I-295 North to US Route 1 North (Exit 67A-B)
   
   
6. Follow US Route 1 North for approximately 10 miles
   
   
7. Pass through the traffic light at Ridge Road
   
   
8. After about 1 mile, turn right into our office park -- look for the New Jersey Bariatrics sign
   
   

From Shore Points

1. Take the Garden State Parkway (North or South, depending on your starting point) to I-195 West (Exit 98)
   
   
2. Follow I-195 West to I-295 North (Exit 60B)
   
   
3. Follow I-295 North to US Route 1 North (Exit 67A-B)
   
   
4. Follow US Route 1 North for approximately 10 miles
   
   
5. Pass through the traffic light at Ridge Road
   
   
6. After about 1 mile, turn right into our office park -- look for the New Jersey Bariatrics sign
